In partnership with The Builders Exchange of Rochester, we're offering a Project Management Training Series! To truly be impactful leaders, project managers must learn to think and act like business owners, understanding that their own financial success and professional reputations are at stake.

Throughout this experience, attendees are able to examine themselves, their organizations, and their processes learning how to transform into true project leaders by successfully orchestrating the people, resources, and risks required to consistently deliver projects on time and within budgets.
