Every organization has a story, and some are especially worth sharing.
 

We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Paula Belemjian and Anthony DiTucci to learn more about The Margaret Home, the people who helped bring it to life, and the remarkable friendship that developed along the way.
 

What unfolded was a story of faith, friendship, and an entire community coming together around one woman's vision.
 

From an unexpected introduction during renovations to Anthony's childhood connection to the very building that would become The Margaret Home, there were so many special moments we wanted to capture.

And the story is still unfolding!
 

Since opening in 2019, The Margaret Home has supported 38 women through its long-term residential program. Now, as work progresses toward a larger home, the organization is preparing to welcome even more mothers and children.
 

We are grateful to Paula and Anthony for taking the time to share their story with us!

We have all taken a workplace assessment, learned something interesting about ourselves...and then moved on.

Working Genius has felt different for us.

It started with our Training Coordinator, Ashley Mellinger, who came across Working Genius and brought it to our owner, Anthony Dittuci. Anthony believed in its potential and saw how it could be applied across Livingston.

Once we experienced it as a team, we understood why.

Working Genius has given us a new way to think about what gives us energy, what drains us, and how we understand the people around us. It has become embedded in the way we approach our business, from hiring and meetings to projects, teams and collaboration.

We believe in it. We use it. And thanks to Ashley, a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, we are excited to bring it to other teams and organizations!

Because understanding how you work is powerful. Understanding how you work together can be even more powerful.

Livingston Associates was honored to receive the "Large Business of the Year" award tonight!!! We are very grateful to the Livingston County Area Chamber of Commerce for this recognition, and for all they do to support local businesses and our entire community.

We are delighted to announce and extend our heartfelt congratulations to Anthony DiTucci, our President and COO at Livingston Associates. He has been honored with the prestigious "Business Person of the Year" award by the Small Business Council of Rochester, a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce affiliate, during their 40th annual celebration.

DiTucci received the award in the “Over 50 Employees” Category, recognizing his exceptional executive leadership skills that have enhanced LA's ability to successfully identify, analyze, and solve the challenges and opportunities that often exist within dynamic organizations and complex projects. LA's various business solutions focus on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability by leveraging DiTucci's unique “people” strategy.

During his tenure, Livingston Associates has achieved remarkable growth and earned recognition as one of Rochester’s “Top Workplaces” in both 2022 and 2023. Beyond his role at Livingston Associates, DiTucci serves on the Executive Board for the Builders Exchange of Rochester, where he also chairs their Workforce Development committee. Additionally, he is involved with other organizations including Camp Hard Hat, The Margaret Home, St. John Bosco Schools, Catholic Charities, and the Boy Scouts of America.

This award serves as a clear reflection of Tony’s unwavering commitment and dedication to LA's mission of providing first-class excellence in serving organizations.

​Livingston Associates was proud to recently attend and support the GLOW With Your Hands event! Over 1,100 students from 30 school districts across the GLOW region attended the day-long, hands-on program at the Genesee County Fairgrounds, including over 65 organizations from the advanced manufacturing, agriculture, food production, and skilled trades sectors.
