Anna VaLERIA
PRESIDENT
Anna's leadership experience spans nearly 20 years, serving the Rochester community and beyond. She previously served as President & CEO of the Open Door Mission for 12 years, where she led the organization through a period of substantial growth, expansion, and increased community impact.

Anna brings deep expertise in strategic leadership, change management, crisis leadership, public relations, and policy development and advocacy. Her career reflects a strong ability to guide organizations through complexity while aligning mission, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

In addition to her executive leadership, Anna serves on multiple local and national boards, contributing to governance, strategy, and public policy initiatives. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Roberts Wesleyan University.
